2. Schedule the Sled Visit

Once the design and quote are approved we will send email and text reminders for the sled (truck) visit.
3. Elf Installation
Elf Installation
Install day arrives, you will get a text from the elves when they are on their way! Upon arrival they will install your approved design. Look for the Elves in the red and green hats.
4. Bulb Goes Out?
Bulb Goes Out?
A bulb goes out or you have a question just send us an email or text and we will have an elf out to fix the issue within 24 hours.
5. Elf Removal
Elf Removal
When the seasons over the elves will come, take the lights down and store them for next season.

- Payment Method: We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of Elf installation.
- Payment Options: You can conveniently make payments with credit cards through our electronic quoting system. If you prefer, you can also mail us a check.
- Safety Assurance: We prioritize safety. Our team is bonded, covered by a million-dollar liability insurance policy, and all our Elves are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
- Teardown Schedule: In late December, you’ll receive an email to indicate your teardown preference. Based on your preference and location, we’ll provide an assignment at the start of the new year for Elf removal, packaging, and storage.
- Our Exclusive Lights: We exclusively install our company lights, which are commercial grade and not available in common retail stores like Home Depot or Walmart. These lights are brighter, more reliable, and custom-fitted for your house, creating a professional look.
- Ownership: You don’t own the lights. We maintain and service our lights and timers annually to ensure they function correctly. This way, you won’t need to worry about replacements when lights burn out.
- Light Repair: If a light stops working, simply reach out to us via email, text, or phone call. During the season (up until December 25th), we’ll schedule an Elf to fix it within 24 hours of notification. After December 25th, we’ll service within 72 hours.
- Installation Process: No one needs to be home for installation. Our Elves will notify you by text when they are en route. You can request your preferred installation date, but slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
